About Us

Founded in 2015, we are a family-owned and operated property management firm working with properties in West Ashley, James Island, North Charleston, and peninsular Charleston. We work with small-scale multifamily, typically between two and six units. We also manage vacation rentals on Isle of Palms.

Kenneth Marolda is a Property Manager In-Charge (PMIC) licensed in South Carolina, as well as a Notary Public.

Monday - Friday:   8:30AM to 5:30PM 
Saturday:   9AM to 3PM 
Sunday:     CLOSED

We are closed all Federal holidays, as well as all major Christian and Jewish religious holidays.
Office meetings are by appointment only.
